Trailer Mounted Frac Pumper 2250 Horse Power

A trailer mounted, diesel powered engine rate at 2250BHP@199rpm provides power for the unit. A powershift transmission allows the operator to increase or decrease pump rate. Also the unit incorporates a 2500 hors power quintaplex pump which is mounted at the rear of the unit along with a five port suction manifold. A local control panel is mounted inside a stainless steel housing with a glass door for easy viewing.

Unit uses a DC electrical system. There is two- 200 gallon aluminium tanks provided for diesel fuel, both come with tank heaters for colder weather. A center rail single drop deck tandern axel trailer comes with air ride suspension. This unit is designed with serviceability on mind. All discharge iron is 3” figure 1502.
